Increase to base ranged auto-attack multiplier missing from pred tree

<p>The pred tree gives an increase to base melee auto-attack multiplier in the STR tree. I did not see a corresponding increase in ranged aut-attack multiplier in the AGI tree which would make sense it would go there. </p>

<p>THEY ARE THE SAME.  THE AA AFFECTS BOTH MELEE AND RANGED AUTO ATTACK.  YOU DO NOT NEED A SEPERATE AA.</p>
