<p>If you accidentally get an item, I'm glad petitioning works, that the GMs will transfer an item, due to an accident.</p><p>But this isn't that situation, this is simply trying to exploit the system (the fact that GMs will transfer an item).</p><p>I don't know or care if you are being manipulated, its not the right thing to do, and fortunately unless you really lie your butt off, the GMs won't help you.  How you will convince them you "accidentally" looted and then attuned, and then used the item for 3 days, I don't know <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p>What if the item was looted 6 months ago, would you still think this was a reasonable request?  You obviously have issues with the request, listen to your instincts.</p>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Tell him the petition failed.</span></strong></p><p>Thats my suggestion, and my next one:</p><p>Keep it.</p><p>I have never heard of anyone saying that a character, who could use an item dropped in a group that includes THAT character, shouldn't be allowed to have it.</p><p>The old saying, you can't roll for your alts, has always meant (in my circles), dont roll for the character you're not playing.</p><p>When I am playing one of my "alts", I roll for every relevant drop that he can use.</p><p>Thats my 2cp. </p>
