<p>Is there only a limited number of them available (per server?)?  When I looked at the claim rewards I saw "One per Character" "100 remaining"</p>

<p>Lucky! Mine says "1 per character" "1 remaining".  I was thinking it may be a bug that they where going to fix so I have not bothered to claim mine yet.</p>
