<p>This is on purpose.  You have the new software in preparation for Battlegrounds testing, but expansion zones and leveling above 80 should be disabled.  I think we had a hiccup right after the server came up allowing people to gain XP, but this should be fixed now (or within a few minutes).</p>

<p>Should I be /bugging stuff or assume it's off til expansion?  Things like adornment recipes that are missing effect explanation or that the buff bar is empty when I try and craft an adornment?</p>

<p>for adornment, make sure you bought the buffs from the adornment trainer. I forgot to do that on one of my alts before the patch and didnt have any buffs. If there is still no buffs and you bought them and doubleclicked them, sounds like a bug<img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>
