"The Application has failed to start because its side by side configuartion is incorrect"

<p>Running on Vista boot camp on my mac, reinstalled game twice, both the launcher button and the eq2 button have the same error when i try to start, I read that another person was having this issue and it was reccomended to run the streaming client, I don't want to run the streamning client which is why i went out and bought the EQ2 Complete Collection CD at Bestbuy, How do i fix this, i have the DAC disabled as well.</p>
