<p>I'm not 100% sure this is the right forum for this, but it seems linked to my account and there's no where else to put it.</p><p>In the knowledge base I have a problem where I can't check status of / update my petition. Clicking on the "questions" link (either of them) simply causes the page to refresh. I've tried clearing the cache, logging out and back in, and using a different browser (I normally use Firefox, but the problem exists in IE and the Ingame Browser).</p><p>Normally this isn't an issue, but I have a petition that needs to be updated with some new information, and this kinda puts a crimp on that.</p>

<p>Let's use Internet Explorer and try resetting the security level to default. Please try the following steps:1) Select the 'Tools' menu and then select 'Internet Options'2) Open the 'Security' and choose each 'zone' at the top before selecting 'default level' for each3) Then open the 'General' tab and select 'Delete...' in the 'Browsing History' section.4) Check all of the boxes and then choose 'Delete' in the following window.5) Then close/restart the browser and see if the issue persists.If the problem persists at that point then you might just want to contact us through phone or chat so we can update the ticket for you.
