Account hacked after 4 years of not playing

<p>yesterday i was talking to a friend about the new expansion sentinel's fate, we were thinking of coming back when it comes out, so i log into my station account  to see if my character is still there and find out that hes leveled from 55-70 in 1-2 days, and that i have a non recurring subscription payed for 1 month. immediately i change my password, and install & update the game, once in game i find a bunch of stuff for sale, a lil bit of platinum stored up, and a few new weapons and armor equiped, but most of my gear is the same as it was when i left in 2006. just look at the level history <a href="http://eq2players.station.sony.com/Permafrost/Apistolis/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://eq2players.station.sony.com/...rost/Apistolis/</a></p><p>I need to change my security question how would i do that?</p>

<p>hopefully you scanned the system for a keylogger. Contact CS, upper right corner - Search the Knowledge Base, then Chat Support tab. Hours are Monday to Friday 10 AM to 7 PM Pacific. Make sure you adjust those time to match what ever time zone you live in</p>

<p>the last time i played was on my old computer, the whole reason why i stopped was because the game was to demanding for it to run well, now that i have a fast pc i don't see why i couldn't get back into it other than there is hardly anyone online on permafrost server =( whoever used my account only had it for a few days, funny coincidence that i just decided to come online after 4 years at the same time someone broke in.</p>
