Hi,

I was getting this error message too. Turns out that the EQII launcher uses the Firefox version of the Adobe Flash Player, so to get past this plugin problem, you'll need to download the latest flash player update specifically with Firefox.

Hope that helps!

Can you try setting your default back to Firefox temporarily to see if that causes the problem to come back? I tried switching it back and forth on my system and couldn't recreate the problem. I wonder if it's only a problem with specific versions of the browser?
