<p>Gm Calysto,</p><p>I cannot seem to update my ticket. It continues to recycle the Question/Update Notification screen so I will post here. I wanted to say thank you for helping me with my rollback on my character, Shnikins. Sometimes I know you guys have to be the bad guys and I totally understand you have guidelines you must follow and deny some requests. I knew that was a possibility when I sent the petition in. I am thankful SOE approves and that you were able to help me in a timely manner. </p><p>Shnikins</p>
