Is livegamer still official? No CSR responses, service down 3 days, No announcement.

<p>Just wondering, people are saying on the channels that they got emails from livegamer saying they will not be accepting characters anymore ( They could be lying ).</p><p>Service has been down 3 days, with no official announcement saying anything.</p><p>CSR tickets not being responded to as fast as before.. still waiting for a response.</p><p>With the service down 5 days at x-mas, and now 3 days.. without any official word.. and rumors flying...</p><p>Would be nice to have a CSR here respond that LGX is not shutting down.  I know CSR doesn't have time to respond to every rumor of a shut down, however, the service has been down 3 days and no word.</p>

<p>I have certainly not heard any reports that Livegamer is shutting down.  That sounds like pure speculation to me.  I do know that their service is currently experiencing some trouble, but we are not directly involved with that aspect of their system.  I believe they have an entry in their knowledge base about it.  At this point the only thing I can suggest is to contact their support line for more information.</p>
