First, try the following steps:

1. Right click on the program launch icon2. Left click on "Properties".3. In the new window that pops up click on the "Compatibility" tab.4. Under "Privilege Level" make certain that the box next to "Run this program as administrator" is checked.5. Click on "Apply" then click on "Ok".6. Right click on the icon and select "Run as Administrator"

Assuming that doesn't correct the problem, do you have any kind of firewall running on that computer? If so, you might want to try disabling it temporarily. Also, are you using the version of that laptop that has an Nvidia Quadro or the one with the Intel graphics chip?

I solved this.

I had to launch IE 32bit version. Go to adobe.com and let flash install. Once I did this, it worked fine. The problem was flash, not the connection.
