I bought the "Complete Collection" set which included 60 days free. I installed the program (Had some issues with the update site but managed to get the game installed) At one point it asked me for Name, Address, ect including credit card info. I assumed it was for future billing. At the end of the install it shows that I had indeed installed the Complete Collection set but it also showed that I had been billed 14.95 and would be billed again in 30 days.

I did an online chat with support and was told that they saw the issue and would have their supervisor credit me the 60 days. Great problem solved. Well today I get an e-mail that says I had not responded within 72 hours so SOE assumes the issue has been resolved. I checked my account info and it's still showing no free time and the next billing will be mid Feb.

What should I do next?

Greetings,

It sounds like the ticket was set to 'waiting for customer' instead of 'updated by customer' by mistake. If you respond to the ticket in any way then it should flip it back to 'updated' will be sent back to us. If you have any trouble then please PM me with the ticket's reference number and I'll make sure it gets to the correct people.

Yeah, it seems that I've got that problem as well. However I don't intend to pay using my Debit card. I was on the 14 day trial and had 3 days left. I've totally fallen in love with the game and so puechased the "Complete Collection" because it's the better deal for me right now (unfortunately the new expansion will have to wait). I wasn't too worried when it said the trial would be stopped as I was to be getting 60 days minus my trial free as it had been explained in the trial forum. I think something that advertises 60 free days should apply them with no further steps involved for the unsuspecting consumer. Now I've been without my new gaming addiction for nearly 24 hours due to SOE's failure to uphold their end of the bargain.

Yes, I'm frustrated. Yes, I'm venting just a bit.

I'm going to submit a CS Ticket and in the meantime purchase a sub card and hope that I have no further problems. Please for the sake of of future gamers get this problem fixed. It's a shame but there's many who would be turned away, for good, by this situation. Thanks for putting up with my gripe. I feel a bit better now. 80)
