Message "World Lucan D'Lere not found"

<p>I just tried logging into my character on Lucan D'Lere and when it tried to login I got the message "World Lucan D'Lere not found", then it started trying Login Server 1 and eventually timed out, so all I could do was exit the game. It is unusual for a Hotfix to take more than 2 hours, so I wondered if there was a problem specific to Lucan D'Lere?
