Game Wont Start

<p>I just bought and installed EQ2, now any time that I click on the shortcut to start the game or station, I get the message.  "The application failed to start because you Side by Side configuration is incorrect, please see the applicactions log for more details.  1. what does that mean?  2.  what do I do?  Please HELP!!!! </p>

<p>Did the post above fix your problem by trying the streaming client?  That error message normally indicates an issue with the Visual C++ Runtime libraries.</p>
