Every credit card we use is not working

<p>My best friend just got the game...He has been playing the 14 day trial for 3-4 days now.. i bought him the eq2 complete collection box set since it gives you 60 days free...He used the key code last night made it all the way to the subscribe and no matter what credit card we put in it will now activate..He has use 3 of his own and I have used 2 of mine...All have well funds on them..</p><p>Any help here would be grand..</p><p>Thank you for your time.</p><p>EDIT:...Just tryed again and it seems gthat sony is pinging the card cause he did it 2x and they took 2 bucks out 1 for each ping..still no go</p>

<p>Sometimes banks and cards will decline the transaction, have you checked with them?</p>

<p>Yes on all of them...they all have funds...it is pinging the cards...we know this cause he is now missing 2 bucks from his amex card and the transaction shows it was from sony...</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>It's going to be hard to say what is causing this issue without looking at the account/card directly.  Since we can't collect that sort of information over the forums, I would advise contacting our support line through phone, chat, or e-mail.  The following link includes our contact information:</p><p><a href="http://help.station.sony.com/cgi-bin/soe.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=10404" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://help.station.sony.com/cgi-bi...p?p_faqid=10404</a></p><p>That said, most billing problems are caused by a mismatched address or a bank that doesn't support the $0 authorization system.  Please use a billing statement to confirm the address you are entering and pay special attention to the zip code.  Some banks use a 9 digit zip code and you'll need to enter that if they do.  If the problem persists at that point then I would definitely advise contacting our support line.</p>
