<p>Just another NPC. They've made the "Ghost wearing visible armor" thing rather popular lately, and Vhalen's armor is brighter than shown there. he also didn't have a circlet of frost or <span style="text-decoration: line-through;">electric</span> VOID CLOUD hands.</p>
