Spell Stats in P Persona window

<p>Hello all,</p><p>I just noticed something weird with my Spell Stats in the Persona window.</p><p>I have all kinds of Benevolent Alacrity and Runic Recovery gear and jewelry but no matter what i put on or take off they stats stay the same and they are really low.</p><p>Casting 0%</p><p>Reuse 8%</p><p>Recovery 0%</p><p>Is this window bugged? Is there another place to check the affect of these gear attributes?</p><p>My casting time should be at least reduced by 27% if my math is correct.</p><p>Any help?</p><p>Cheers,</p><p>Frost</p>

<p>The window only displays reuse and cast speed that applies to both offensive and defensive spells. Anything that's specifically beneficial or hostile cast/reuse won't show up. They still all work, though.</p>
