Client crashing upon choosing to "Set Appearance"

<p>After making my half elf male in alternate appearance mode, I went back to the character select menu to create his normal appearance. Upon selecting the "Set Appearance" button, the game client crashes, saying it experienced an error and needs to close.</p>

<p>Yes! This has been happening to me. My half elf needs a haircut and crashing whenever I try. I mentioned on forums a couple of weeks ago and no response.</p>

<p>Same problem going on here.  I liked it much better when you could pay for a haircut, log to character select and make changes there. At least then I could actually SEE what I was doing. And now these changes cause my game to close when I click on th alternate appearance or set appearance from character selection window.   Help please.</p>
