Wizzes in PvP...

<p>I played this game about 2 years ago, Got to 40 ish on a Blue server and left for WoW never really came back.  Had my Fill of WoW and AION just did not do it for me so my only salvation I hope is Lagafan PvP Server, Here is my question..</p><p>Yes I ran through about 10 pages trying to find what class I want, and I am stuck between say Wiz or Ranger?  Are Wizzies that bad on this sevrer and Insight will be helpfull...Thanks in advance.</p>

<p><span style="color: #ff0000;">There are some new rule changes incoming to pvp that will affect both the ranger and wizard, in theory these changes should improve gameplay for either class.  Check out the thread pinned above for details.</span></p><p><span style="color: #ff0000;">At this point, perhaps you might be better off rolling both a ranger and a wizzie alt to bounce back and forth, and discover which one you actually find more <em>fun</em> to play on, and carry on from there.  It doesn't take a lot of time to level up, it is usually the gearing twinking and capping AAs that takes up the bulk of time.</span></p><p><span style="color: #ff0000;">Have fun!</span></p>

<p>Breaks my heart to say it.</p><p>But start with ranger,you will be able to see and learn pvp hella lot faster on ranger then wiz.</p><p>Once you learn the ropes and dynamics roll a wizz.</p><p>Cheers</p><p>Jabib</p>

<p>How are Rangers for Solo PvE and lvling? I read they are not really wanted on Raids, but I guess I can live with that since it is a PvP Server....</p>

<p>They are very good,track and high dps will get the job done fast!</p><p>Small tight areas like dungeons wont be your favorite place to be in,but that wont matter cause eventually you will kill stuff so fast..</p>
