<p>Hi I have just purchased a new machine in readiness for the imminent xpac ( looking forward to not having to play in high performance all the time). I have three quick questions:</p><p>1) My system is running windows 7, is there anything specific or different I need to do in preparation? I have searched the soe knowledge base and the only reference I could find siomply pointed me to microsoft tools for testing machines prior to a W7 upgrade.</p><p>2) Is it possible to download all the patches as a single file? I currently have approx 16 hours of updates...</p><p>3) Just curious, what sort of detail settings can I expect to play in once I get it up and running with my new system? It is an intel i7 2.8GHz, 64 bit windows, 4 gig ram, running the game from a SSD and ATI Radeon HD 5970 (1 Gig ram). Just something to think about while waiting for all the patches to d/l <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" /></p><p>Not sure if it is relevant by windows 7 rates my system as 7.5 out of max 7.9 performance (except for the secondary non Solid State drive which scores 6.5)?</p><p>Thanks heaps in advance for any helpful info!</p><p>Regards....</p>
