Repeated stabbing BUG?

<p>It reduces <em>recovery </em>time like it says.  Recovery time is the time between casting a CA and casting another CA.  It doesn't affect CA reuse speed.</p>

<p>Best way to delete a post is to edit it and replace it with a joke.</p><p>Either that or edit it and put something so offensive that a mod deletes it for you.</p>
