Nethersummoned Robe effect

<p><a href="http://www.lootdb.com/eq2/item/768415773">http://www.lootdb.com/eq2/item/768415773</a></p><p>The Nethersummoned robe has an effect that states: "on a successful combat attack"</p><p>Does the mythical pet have a combat attack?  I'm not aware of one.  Seems like this is useful only for the scout or earth pet so would never proc when using the mythical pet.</p>
