Hate transfer on Traquil Vision

<p>Hello,</p><p>i have put AA into Traquil Vision for the hate transfer.</p><p>Yesterday i was tanking and casted Traquil Vision on a wizard. However, when i checked the icon it always showed me as target.</p><p>I recasted it a few times on others, but it always shows me as target. Is this a glitch or does the hate transfer not work ?</p>

<p>youre getting +deflection skill, therefore youre the target shown, thats my guess. i never really paid much attention to the targeted name in my buff bar.</p>

<p>Both you and your target will get the buff icon for Tranquil Vision. If you inspected the wizard you would notice he would also have the buff icon for Tranquil Vision.</p>
