<p>Hi guys & gals,</p><p>recently signed up for EQ II, but when I try to download and then install the game, something goes wrong.</p><p>Once I've pressed the launcher setup.exe a new screen appears <p>This usually means that it was not able to load the interface, which is implemented in Flash.</p><p>The application does have a flash engine included, but we've found issues with it on certain machines.  A short term workaround is to make sure that you can use flash within your Internet Explorer (not just Firefox, which is a different beast).  You can do this by launching IE and going to a flash enabled site (like adobe.com).</p><p>-dan</p>

<p>Thanks, worked fine (I had to change to my admin acount to install flash, but then it worked fine. Normally i use firefox).</p><p>Maybe add it to the list of known issues? I looked there first and I wasn't on the list.</p>
