You will probably also need to get the missing DX9 parts from Microsoft.

Didnt work and I cant seem to find anyone else with the same problem when I search the forum. Its a brand new computer so I give up. Might as well stop playing EQ2.

Are you installing from disc?

I have windows 7 and I could get it to install but then it wouldn't run. What I had to do is download the station launcher directly from http://launcher.station.sony.com/

And then right click and select "run as administrator" and that seems to have gotten it to work. It's finally downloading the updates. 4GB worth of new content to download even though I have the all-in-one pack.
