Moved from UK to Canada and need some info about server transfer

<p>I've played the game since launch on the European servers but now that I have emmigrated to Canada I have created a couple of characters and joined a guild on Antonia Bayle.</p><p>I have 2 game accounts though currently I am not subscribed (due to my emmigration) but playing for free via the festive season offer. I will subscribe both my accounts again if I can transfer 2 characters from Splitpaw to Antonia Bayle.</p><p>Now here's the rub - when I go into character rtransfer I'm redirected to Exchange Live Gamer where I do not have an account (and I don't really want one).</p><p>I know I can do a character transfer via the marketplace but I do not seem to have that option in the marketplace services.</p><p>To my questions:</p><ol><li>Is there some other mechanism I can use to perform the character transfer?</li><li>Do I need to re-activate my subscription before I can transfer via the marketplace?
