Missing character

<p>My group of friends and I are resubbing and when I logged in I have found that I am missing a character. Yes I have station access, and the character was evidently 'lost' when my old server was merged. I did as was posted in this forum and spent an hour....... waiting as number one in que for live chat help. The tech at live chat was able to do NOTHING other than refer me to the GMs. He at least said he sent an email to the GMs for me about this situation. So my end questions are, 1. How do I know an email was sent, and 2. If it was sent how long will the wait most likely be for some sort of answer on the staus of said character.</p>

If nothing is there /petition in game</p>
