Stuck on zone loading screen

<p>This issue started for me yesterday. About 25% of the time, when I zone, the loading screen gets stuck on retrieving zone information. If i exit out and restart the game, half of my characters are missing and will continue to be unless I exit out of the game again, then wait 10 minutes to log back in.  Is anyone else having this issue?</p>

<p>I had that issue today when I excited out of the Ice Castle-thingy and back to Frostfell Village. The loading screen was stuck and there was no progression on the zone loading progression bar. I left the game for a few minutes, surfing the net and doing other stuff, and when I returned, it had finished loading and I was back in the village. So for me it solved itself when I waited it out.</p>

<p>Yes the past 2 days zoning has not been fun. I have gotten stuck several times while zoning.  Sometimes takes 5 minutes.  Earlier took 32.</p><p>So somethng is up with the zone/login server.</p>

<p>I am having the same issues tonight.  When I switch chars, I am taken to char selection, says server is down, it comes back and then when I click on the character, it says server unable to find character, please exit and repatch.  So, I do as told, same thing happens, 8 of my chars are missing ... rinse/repeat.  This has been going on all night <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>
