<p>So I got this item on my necro---in the dressing room, there's a fantasic snowflake effect.  Equipped, it's just a pale blue field you can barely see.</p><p>Is this working as intended?</p>

<p>Hate to bump this, but is it possible to get an answer on this?  I love the snowflake effect in the dressing room, and I'm very sad there's almost nothing to see from the figurine in-game.</p><p>Thanks.</p>

<p>I get the snowflakes sometimes and other times I don't; sometimes I will see it on one computer but not the other viewed from 2 different characters. I haven't figured out if it's graphics settings (even when both computers are set to the same), graphics card, lighting, angle, whatever. I've even tried unequipping and equipping other items thinking they might be interfering.</p><p>I'm thrilled when I have the snow effect and disappointed when I don't.</p>

<p>I always see the effect when I'm in combat, never before. Sometimes it will stick around after, other times it won't.  I do wish it was always there.</p>
