Character Transfer

<p>I want to transfer a character of mine from OASIS server to Nagafen (PVP) server.  I bought and in game marketplace token for 2500 SC ($25).  When using it Nagefen did not show up as a possible server.  I read somewhere to wait 24 hours and try again to see if the server you wish will be available?  Is there a method to the madness or will i potentially wait days and days to get the transfer completed?  if thats the case I will be looking to get my $25 back, and just level a new toon up!  Toon is only level 31, but is a 48 armorer.   Thanks for any help you can provide.</p>

<p>You can't transfer from PvE to PvP.</p>
