Character Transfer to Station Exchange Problems

<p>I am currently trying to transfer my characters to one of the station exchange servers but due to the most recent website change, I cannot find a URL to the transfer service that works. The most recent one I found only gives details about the website and then a link to LiveGamer. Does anyone have a link to the correct and live transfer form?</p>
