Missing Add-on In Station Launcher

<p>Hi,</p><p>I recently bought the All-In-One pack from the Launcher store.  On my Everquest II tab it was showing 9/9 Add-Ons, until today.  It is now showing 8/9.  I clicked the link and it took me to the store with an option to re-buy the All-In-One pack again.  I double checked my account to make sure I had the right name (I know there's a new expansion out soon, so I wanted to make sure it wasn't that) but sure enough it was right there listed as - Entitlement: The Shadow Odyssey All-In-One Pack.</p><p>I guess my question is, is Station Launcher just having a bad day, everything is fine and I should just forget it or am I not going to have access to the content I purchased?</p><p>Thanks.</p>

<p>I can't be sure without looking at the account itself, but the last feature should be the station players services.  I believe that service is currently down while they update the EQ2players site which might be why it is not showing as enabled.  If you PM me with your station name then I can confirm that, but I'm fairly sure that's the case here.  Let me know if you have any questions.</p>
