Veteran Rewards Issue.

<p>It tells me that my account was created on Nov. 25, 2004, but I do not have access to the 5-Year Veteran Reward. Does anyone know why?</p>

<p>nevermind...  I read the entire linked knowledge base answer...</p><p>I have the same type problem.  I have unsubscribed in the past due to Iraq deployments.  Also, when looking at the account age under the Persona window, I notice that there are 90+ days added for EoF, DoF, RoK but nothing for TSO.  <span style="text-decoration: line-through;">Were there days added for this or should I just wait the month + to get my 6 yr veterans rewards? </span></p>

At least it wasn't true for the first 5 years. I'm not sure when it changed, but it did change. Up until this 6 year veteran reward i've always gotten my rewards on time(I started playing exactly 2 days after the official release, when my shipped game arrived). I did take a 4 month break(in fall of 2008) in which my subscription was unpaid(really, would you pay, if you knew you were out of the country and had no time to play?). Now it seems I'm 4 months from my 6 year veteran reward(less now, as time has passed since they came out). I do know however that one of my guildies took 2 years, 6 months off..with no subscription during that time, returned, and he's got his 6 year veteran reward, whereas I still have to wait. yeah, that totally seems fair! </p><p>I was going to petition this injustice, but what's the point? Seriously. Some people will be penalized for no reason, while others are rewarded, also for no reason.</p>

<p>Yeah, I petitioned it and they did nothing. I talked to a couple different people and they all had different reasons for why or why not which basically says they are all useless.</p>

At least it wasn't true for the first 5 years.</p></blockquote><p>Well, it's actually a bit complicated.  The system was designed to only give out veteran reward time when you have an active subscription to the game, but it didn't work correctly for everyone.  Some people did accrue veteran reward time during that period even though they were not actively subscribed to the game.  The glitch was corrected after that 5 year period you're referring to and now it's working correctly for everyone.  As far as I have heard, we are not authorized to grant additional veteran reward time to people who were not effected by this glitch and we do not have a tool that has the ability to do so. </p><p>Let me know if you have any questions.</p>
