<p>I am haveing a hard time finding my way around this huge game world so i was considering one of the maps that is avibale but thay seam complated to install i just got the game to play again after last patch with help from nice people on forums so i dont want mess it up-is any one useing these maps and are thay any good . do thay help you find quest objective-is there one i can download without haveing to make folders and all that i am not proficient at computers-grandkids just got me started on pc games i am retired now .</p><p>as always thanks to all of you</p>

<p>Here you go.</p><p>And I will give it the slackers 2 thumbs up for ease of use.</p><p>:P</p><p><a href="http://maps.eq2interface.com/index.php?action=download" target="_blank">It is eq2maps</a>.  Download the autoupdater version.  You can launch EQ2 through the updater for EQ2maps.</p><p>No messing around with files, no mess no fuss.</p><p>This is a great map.   The most widely used map addon in the game.</p><p>Some highlights:</p><ul><li>Open the map and there is a blank field you can type search words into, "Merchant Hesskin" for example, which will show you the location on the map when you select the search result.</li><li>Maps of areas that dont have maps normally.  Lots of stuff in KoS, etc.</li><li>Filters to show exactly what you want.  Questing?  Filter out merchants, tradeskill NPC's, etc.  Tradeskilling?  Filter out the useless to you npc's.</li><li>You can create and submit your own maps.</li></ul><p>This is my favorite addon.  This is the only add on I use now.</p><p>:)</p><p>Hope that helps</p>
