Sentinel's Fate Pre-Launch Promo - Missing Shadow Odyssey trial access

<p>My post on the trial forums was closed, so I thought I might get some help here.</p><p>I received an e-mail stating that I have three weeks of free play, and also access to The Shadow Odyssey until the time was up. I can get into the game just fine, but my account doesn't seem to be flagged for TSO trial.</p>
