I can't find the "Formed Wurmslayer" to finish A Thorn of Old, what can I do now?

<p>I have had this HQ around for years and  just now getting around to killing Harla Dar, the last mob, and now I no longer have the Formed Wurmslayer. Is there any work around for this?</p>

<p>This happened to me as. I /bugged it and a fantastic GM replaced it and ninja'd it into my inventory. And all was well!</p>
