<p>On wednedsay evening (around4:45 EST) , I initiated a chat with support to have a character transfered from one account to another.</p><p>After queuing for roughly 60 minutes, someone finally responded.</p><p>The chat lasted about 20 minutes and nothing was resolved other than him saying that I would be sent an email with information on how to do the transfer. The chat was very confusing as the CSR  copy/pasted chunks of text that were obviously not related to my request, in addition to sitting idle for 5 minutes at a time and not responding to my questions.</p><p>I had to terminate the chat abruptly as I had to go pick up my son.</p><p>Well that email never arrived.</p><p>So on thursday @ 10AM EST, I submitted an email request.</p><p>The auto-reponse said to expect a response within 24 hours.</p><p>I have yet to receive a response.</p>

<p>Wow, it took 30 hours to email me a form. <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/2786c5c8e1a8be796fb2f726cca5a0fe.gif" border="0" /></p><p>I account transfered a character earlier this year and the whole process took like 2 hours.</p>

<p>I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience.  Without looking at the specific incident, though, it would be hard to say what happened here.  If you can PM me the reference number for one of those 2 contacts then I can review them for you.  With that information I can assure we have the information we need and I can bring the ticket to a supervisors attention if it was handeled incorrectly.</p><p>Thank you</p>
