All of my characters are missing

<p>I've been inactive in Everquest 2 for awhile (around 2 years or so I'd say, maybe a little less). I decided to reactivate my account tonight to have some fun, and upon getting to the character select screen, none of my original characters appeared -- Just the ability to create a new character.</p><p>I had several characters on the Antonia Bayle server which just aren't there anymore which I spent quite some time progressing.</p><p>I made sure that the correct region was selected, and this is the only account that I have for Everquest 2. I noticed that my character (Tysin on Antonia Bayle) showed up on EQ2Players, but it's not showing when I actually enter the game.</p><p>If I can't get my characters back, I'd like a refund since the motivation to reactivate was to play my original characters - Not redo all of the work for new characters.</p>

<p>cross posting does not help, it hinders.</p><p>You have some repsonses on your original post, suspect you have a region mismatch on the launcher</p>
