I keep seeing hints in threads here and there that summoner improvements are in the works, but I've just spent a fruitless hour trying to find what we're expecting to see and when we might possibly see it.

I thought I'd ask and see if we could collect links to the parent posts on these improvements and fixes, just as a point from which we can offer up incense and sacrifice chickens to the gods to help encourage the arrival of said fixes! Well, at least so we can dream about 'em!

I've seen Sess's stickied thread on broken stuff that needs fixing. I'm more considering what rumored fixes are in the works.

I'm a little concerned at this point if we'll see any serious revamp at all. The producers letter confirms that things like the fighter revamp and item degradation have been scrapped at this point. 2 months before an xpac is due to be released is not a good time to be hearing that they are backing away from sweeping changes that they announced at fanfaire (granted the fighter revamp was never promised but was said it would be revisited). So, now that Aeralik is presumably out, will the much needed summoner loving also get tossed aside...to be re-examined by whoever is the replacement, while we sit by another xpac without group/raid viability. I hope not but at this point..I'm quite concerned.

Ok, ya its a nice item. But I think I must be the only one who feels a little !!!!!! at the COTH reward? To me it feels like they just ripped a class skill from us, a defining skill for the class and gave to everyone.

I am tired atm and maybe I am just not seeing what is so great about this. Yes I know the people who arent conji's are all yay, and I understand that. But being a conji... well it just seems to me that it is not a good thing. I can only hope that since they are obviously going thru with this that they give us an upgrade to CoTH.

this "effect" attached to coth would be indeed nice .. however does it gurantee a raid / group spot i really doubt it

iam uber curious how the plan to fix us now that their plan once again changed

It really is a nice thing they did. BUT to me it still feels like a slap in the face. I mean with all the other CoH type of stuff out there....and now this, just makes me a bit ticked off that it is for everyone to get.

I am just a bit grrrr about the state we are in for our class, and to see a change I and others have asked for for years be finally implemented in game (after being told it was not able to be done) and then given to everyone Level 1 on up as a veteran reward just burns me a tad. I could stomach it better I think if it werea quested thing, or a drop, but for Level 1's to get it?

I can't do anything about it,....I will just live with it. But I am still not happy with how they are doing this.

I'm going to say it again. Patience is a virtue. Wait for the expansion's NDA to be lifted before jumping to conclusions.

Historically that's always been the best course of action.

the wait-and-see method that xalmat suggests is used to minupulate people, you will NEVER get anything with wait-and-see.

keep with the suggestions and comments about this class, the more requests the better the chance someone will see it and bring it up in a design meeting!

while you are waiting get your myth and T2 gear, it's the only way your going to get groups and have fun with the conjuror.
