Mu husband is trying to resubscribe to the game and is getting ERROR PT-530 when i input the card details for him i thought this was odd to say the least so we sent a ticket in i did this on his inactive account big mistake it was just ignored so i sent one in for him and in fairness the CS staff got back in touch with me quickly, only to be told that the PT-530 error was a "do not honour" code from our bank..fraud etc get in touch with the bank and sort it out with them.

SO late last night i got in touch with a nice man from the Halifax bank in the UK to say this thinking that my card had been misused only to be told that theres nothing wrong with my card or account at all and it is SOE's system for whateveer reason not accepting the payment for my husbands account (which is odd becuase the same card paid my account 2 days previous) so i quickly updated my ticket to tell the CS what has happened and since then nothing, nothing at all from them.

Its not good enough it really isnt this is SOE's accounting thats at fault not my bank card, now if SOE dont want our money then i'm sure another MMO company will.

Without looking at the account it would be hard to say exactly what has happened in this case. I would advise continuing to speak with our representatives though phone, chat, or e-mail support.

We will always respond to every ticket we receive. If you do not receive a response then you may want to check the e-mail associated with the account. Also, please keep in mind that our office hours are from 10am - 7pm Pacific Standard Time. We have some basic e-mail support in the mornings as well, but most responses will come during our main office hours.

Hi Daniel,

My husbands email was never answereed at all even 3 days on mine however was updated and basically they've said my payment on the card which i used to try to pay my husbands account with will have to clear,i'm sorry but its just not good enough, this is a screw loose in SOE's payment system somewhere and my husband is paying the price for it,theres nothing wrong with my card my bank told me this its all down to your payment system.

The sad thing is he expected something like this when he posted in this forum a few weeks back http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=461046 is the thread he started.
