<p>Greetings,</p><p>I was out sick yesterday so I don't know what the exact wait time was, but we are usually busy on the first day after a holiday.  An hour seems too long, though, and it sounds like the chat client may have been acting up in your case.  I assume you were eventually able to get in?  Let us know if you still need assistance.</p>
