Adventure Pak's missing

<p>This past weekend I noticed that my adventure pak's are missing.  Additionally, the /claim items from these paks are also missing.  i.e. the shard for splitpaw, ring for bloodlines etc.  I've had these in the past, and tried to re-download them, but the box is greyed out so the game won't let me re-add.   How do I go about getting these reinstated? </p>

<p>You will need to fill out a petition,  call CSR or contact a CSR here on the forums.  Let me guess you had the station everything account in the past and went to a regular one.  The Paks bug out when you go from station to regular account,  even though your expansions should of added them.</p>
