Download card.roc

<p>Ive pressed download on this same file for about 4 hours now... does it just take forever or is it not downloading right? Ive restarted the launcher/restarted computer and still downloads cards.roc over and over and over again. I just installed the game from old CD's from way back when the game came out so im just updating just curious if something is wrong or if it is just gonna take forever.</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>Are you using Windows Vista/7 on that computer?  If so, please follow these steps to ensure compatibility:1. Right click on the program launch icon2. Left click on "Properties".3. In the new window that pops up click on the "Compatibility" tab.4. Under "Privilege Level" make certain that the box next to "Run this program as administrator" is checked.5. Click on "Apply" then click on "Ok".6. Right click on the icon and select "Run as Administrator"If the problem persists at that point(or if you are not using Vista/7), try deleting the Cards.rcc file out of your game directory and then relaunch the patcher.  If it is only stalling on that one file then it sounds like a file permissions issue.</p>
