i just hit 32 on my ranger and got miracle shot... and laughed. The descirption says it is a ranged arrow attack that does not require line of sight.... then in the effects list it says you must have line of sight... lol i just thought that was amusing.

it didn't used to be like that, where you had to acquire a target with line of site. Was awesome for pulling. they've taken away so many ranger pulling tricks anyone hoping to play a ranger and be some kind of unique puller is screwed, any fighter can pull the same way a ranger can now.

Assassin is better DPS and has hate transfer. I get more invites for my gimped Assassin than I do my maxed Ranger at least for pugs. Can't blame 'em either.

But still it is a fun class to play, just don't plan on groups or raids wanting you over any other DPS class. You have no benefit other than mostly single target DPS and an occasional ranged advantage. But a group/raid is not going to choose a marginal improvement on a single DPS slot and lose needed buffs. Just reconcile yourself to it and enjoy soloing.
