SK PVP set bonus

<p>PVP set bonus - Why did SK get extra Bloodletter proc when Bloodletter gets debuffed 98% of the time in pvp? And, you can't recast it while in pvp to rebuff it once removed.</p><p>Can this be updated or fixed to something of value in pvp?</p>

<p>why? because SOE puts lots of thought into making items. raid set is the same. but dont worry! over one year later...they are getting around to fixing it!</p><p>Nov. 5 Test notes:</p><p>"<span>The 5-piece setbonus on the Atramentous Shadowplate set now applies its mitigation bonus independent of the Bloodletter buff."</span></p><p>edit: and i just realized that says it applies to the raid set. chances are yours still won't be fixed.</p>

<p>They should just make HT hit for 20k zonewide...</p><p>But seriously, why not just make Devour Vitae groupwide like the raid set. That would be [Removed for Content] useful.</p>

<p>the devour vitae groupwide thing is kind of a big bad joke because it does not change the spell to be groupwide but ads a very minor magic damage that infilcts other mobs in the same encounter as the mob you cast it on</p><p>edit: just checked... its ~320 magic dmg and 180 heal</p>
