Advanced guild options.

<p>Good afternoon,</p><p>I was wondering how long it takes for the Advanced Guild Options subscription add-on to take effect.</p><p>I purchased it almost 10 minutes ago figuring hey, 99 cents to talk to guild guild while at work, why not.</p><p>Unfortunately every time I have clicked on it it still says I need to sign up for it.</p><p>Is this a bug or does it just take a while for this to kick in?</p><p>The only reason I am posting is because everything else I have purchased was instant.</p><p>Thank you</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>It should be relatively instant, though it may take a day or 2 before granting access.  If you still can not access that feature then you might want to try clearing your cookies and resetting your browser security.  The web page may be pulling up a cached version, incorrectly showing that you do not have access.  Please try these steps:</p><p>1) Select 'Tools' and then 'Internet Options' in your browser window2) Click 'Delete...' in the "Browsing History' section3) Click the 'Delete all...'4) Select 'Yes' in the window that opens5) Close your internet browser completely before trying to reload the web page6) Then select the 'Security' tab7) Select each of the 'zones' at the top and then select the 'default level' button for each.</p><p>Also, you may want to try loading that page using a seperate browser.  If you're currently using Internet Explorer then you might want to try Firefox, and vice versa.</p>
