<p>Should proc on spell attacks as well as melee. Inquest always has, why doesn't Glory?</p>

<p>cause we're templars...</p><p>its probably the same idea behind our TSO endlines -- we're already very powerful healers, balance/fix our stuff to work properly because then everyone would QQ more about us.</p><p>Just ask any top-end shaman what he thinks about our EMG's <em>and </em>wearing the REH.</p>

<p>Well the wording in the spell is ambiguous... the way it reads indicates it should be either melee or spell...</p><p>"On a <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">successful attack</span></strong> this spell has a chance to cast Combat Glory on target. This effect will trigger an average of 1.0 times per minute. <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">If a melee attack is used</span></strong>, only the primary weapon can trigger this effect. "</p><p>it doesn't distinguish between melee or spell attack, just says "attacK" and the "if a melee attack is used" indicates other types of attacks can be used.</p><p>If it doen't proc off spells it must be bugged IMHO..</p><p>I have never put it on a mage, as there is always the tank and a scout in the group to put it on usually, so I never checked to see if it actually proc's off spell attacks.. though it hardly procs off melee attacks as it is. </p>

<p>Just to follow up on this: I ran Scion of Ice (solo healer) with Glory cast on the coercer and the warlock for the first roughly half of the zone. Heal parse from Combat Glory was 0. For the second roughly half, it was on the guardian and the brigand, and it healed 115 times. Note that each time it procs, everyone in group who has less than max health gets healed, counting as an individual heal.</p><p>While cast on coercer and warlock:</p><p><table cellspacing="2" cellpadding="2" width="100%"><tbody><tr><th>Type</th><th>Ext HPS.</th><th>Hits</th><th>Crit %</th></tr><tr><td>All</td><td>991.81</td><td>433</td><td>58%</td></tr><tr><td>Repent</td><td>271.40</td><td>91</td><td>19%</td></tr><tr><td>Word of Redemption</td><td>185.12</td><td>39</td><td>100%</td></tr><tr><td>Supplicant's Prayer</td><td>152.06</td><td>42</td><td>100%</td></tr><tr><td>Divine Prayer</td><td>94.69</td><td>31</td><td>97%</td></tr><tr><td>Shield of Faith</td><td>83.35</td><td>51</td><td>0%</td></tr><tr><td>Hateshield</td><td>66.50</td><td>36</td><td>0%</td></tr><tr><td>Mark of Nobility</td><td>34.91</td><td>82</td><td>100%</td></tr><tr><td>Meliorate</td><td>32.32</td><td>4</td><td>100%</td></tr><tr><td>Reverence</td><td>19.28</td><td>25</td><td>88%</td></tr><tr><td>Greater Reflexive Restoration</td><td>18.24</td><td>14</td><td>0%</td></tr><tr><td>Allied Prayers</td><td>14.89</td><td>9</td><td>100%</td></tr><tr><td>Fate of Healing</td><td>10.93</td><td>3</td><td>100%</td></tr><tr><td>Involuntary Cure</td><td>6.26</td><td>4</td><td>100%</td></tr><tr><td>Repelling Heal</td><td>0.97</td><td>1</td><td>100%</td></tr><tr><td>Divine Light</td><td>0.89</td><td>1</td><td>0%</td></tr></tbody></table>While cast on guardian and dirge:</p><p><table cellspacing="2" cellpadding="2" width="100%"><tbody><tr><th>Type</th><th>Ext HPS.</th><th>Hits</th><th>Crit %</th></tr><tr><td>All</td><td>1120.09</td><td>1059</td><td>65%</td></tr><tr><td>Repent</td><td>251.66</td><td>189</td><td>33%</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Combat Glory</strong></td><td><strong>158.54</strong></td><td><strong>115</strong></td><td><strong>100%</strong></td></tr><tr><td>Word of Redemption</td><td>124.95</td><td>47</td><td>94%</td></tr><tr><td>Hateshield</td><td>110.30</td><td>100</td><td>0%</td></tr><tr><td>Divine Prayer</td><td>107.80</td><td>67</td><td>99%</td></tr><tr><td>Shield of Faith</td><td>99.00</td><td>91</td><td>0%</td></tr><tr><td>Supplicant's Prayer</td><td>84.92</td><td>48</td><td>100%</td></tr><tr><td>Mark of Nobility</td><td>46.44</td><td>207</td><td>100%</td></tr><tr><td>Reverence</td><td>44.99</td><td>104</td><td>100%</td></tr><tr><td>Greater Reflexive Restoration</td><td>28.56</td><td>44</td><td>0%</td></tr><tr><td>Meliorate</td><td>17.12</td><td>4</td><td>100%</td></tr><tr><td>Involuntary Cure</td><td>14.50</td><td>20</td><td>100%</td></tr><tr><td>Allied Prayers</td><td>10.48</td><td>12</td><td>100%</td></tr><tr><td>Restoration</td><td>9.89</td><td>1</td><td>100%</td></tr><tr><td>Fate of Healing</td><td>7.72</td><td>4</td><td>100%</td></tr><tr><td>Repelling Heal</td><td>3.23</td><td>6</td><td>100%</td></tr></tbody></table></p>

<p>'On a successful attack' includes melee and ranged CAs and auto-attack.'On any successful attack' includes any hostile damaging spell, combat art or auto-attack.</p>

All items which have the same wording for their trigger effects WILL trigger on the same conditions.</p>
