SoE's system have properly added a "Fraud" flag to your account, that pretty much blocks it..

Apparantly such a flag persists through 14 days, where you may not try to resubscribe meanwhile (someone correct me if wrong pls)

I know they just did it to me, and my account was paid in full.

If oyu are overseas suspect that number 3 or 4 that is shown in your link is the issue with the account

Country matches your credit card - Many billing errors occur because the country that you've chosen (under the "Account Info" section of our billing system) does not match with the country designated with the credit or debit card you are using. Please make sure that both your account info and your credit card chosen are of matching countries. If you are unsure of your credit card's designated country, please call your bank or issuer.

Country/Currency combination does not match -If the Country that you chose when creating your account does not match the currency set for your payment method, you will get this billing error. Please contact Technical Support to have this error corrected.

There are international numbers availabe for you to call also, believe they are listed in the knowledge base

I can't offer much beyond speculation without looking at the account directly, which we can't really do over the forums. The fraud filter seems like a possibility, especially considering that you have tried several cards with different names on the account.

If your card simply will not work in our system then using a game card may be the best option for now. The following website provides gamecards and can usually e-mail you the code after receiving payment so you don't need to wait for delivery:

http://www.paybycash.com/soe/codelist.php

Same problem, my card expired, I tried to add my new one and got this error:

"We're Sorry.Unfortunately, your payment provider has indicated that your payment source may not be used for this type of purchase. Please contact your provider to resolve this issue or reattempt your purchase with a different method of payment. (Error: PT-606)"

wich I find odd since this is just the same card with a new expire date.
As mentioned previously, most of these issues will need to be handled through our standard phone, chat, or e-mail support. We can't collect the necessary information to help you with this over the forums.

Regarding our response time, please keep in mind that last weekend was a holiday and most of us were off on Thursday/Friday. When something like that happens we tend to get quite a few calls on the following Monday which keeps us from answering as many e-mails until it clears up. Phone contacts will always be the fastest way to get a response.

Hi Guys,

Earlier on in the year I had this same problem happen to me. Message read:

Payment ErrorWe're Sorry. Unfortunately, your payment provider was unable to complete this purchase. These issues can be common with some payment providers. Please retry your purchase, or if issues persist, contact your payment provider directly to resolve this issue. You may also reattempt your purchase with a different method of payment. (Error: PT-)

I Petitioned SOE to help me work through the Issue, as I knew the problem was not with my account details, or my Credit Card. Reading the forums today I was sadened to see that there were a lota of other people having the same Issue as I was earlier on in the year. And these were the people that posted it on Forums. It makes me wander how many other people out there had the same problem.

The GM's were helpful in helping me work through my petition. The end result of it was me deciding to scrap playing EQ2, and focus on playing another MMo. Frankly I can't be botherd having to go to some Random as Site to buy a SOE Gaming Card, so I can continue playing EQ2.

A few days back I logged onto Station launcher and saw that I had some Free game time on both my accounts. Great I thought. Lets log in and see whats changed over the last year. Liking what I saw, I decided to re-sub to EQ2. Here's hoping my Sub ticks over, and does'nt come up with the message I have Pasted into this Forum post.

If you are using a pre-paid debit card , do not type your name on SOE's resubscribe site . Just type what the card says such as "GIFT CARD RECIPIENT"

Their hours are Monday through Friday 10 AM to 7 PM pacfic. Be sure to adjust those hours to match what ever time zone you live in, if you get a message stating the chat service is down for maintenance then you are outside the normal business hours of support. Or you can call them at 1-858-537-0898 - note this is NOT a toll free number

Doubt that neither a in game GM or the forums can assist you since it will require specific personal information
