I have every thing turned off in the start up including anti-virus. now if im standing in the CL docks i get about 60fps on lowest settings.

you said

"I can only run at 25fps in a raid on lowest setting. I think it should run a little faster than that is there any thing i can do to make my pc run a bit faster?"

You said

Intel® Core™2 Q6600 Quad-Core (8MB L2 cache,2.40GHz,1066FSB)

I said

http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=462768

which is a link to a thread that very specifically deals with this games performance on quad-core processors. This is basically a double post. I was just trying to help, to direct you to a thread that had already been started about this very issue.

tl;dr: eq2 doesn't work well on quad core processors. What fps should you be running at with your quad core processor? Probably about 25. What can you do to improve it? Get a high clock speed single (or duo) core processor. Is that the answer you want to hear? Probably not.
