<p>I'm trying to login and install the trial account but cant seem to log in. I've already read around so i have followed all of these steps down below. I also disabled my virus scanner to see if that would help, it didnt. I can log into both websites so i assume it has something to do with the launcher, Any ideas. </p><p><span >"1. <p>Greetings,</p><p>This sounds more like a router issue and not a Vista/Win7 issue.  Are you using a router with that system?  If so, can you try bypassing it so that you are plugged directly into the modem?  Also, please power cycle your modem and restart your computer if you have not done so already.</p><p>Let us know if the problem persists after trying those steps.</p>
